Town and Regional Planning are regarded as human sciences
which aim to positively impact on people’s lives and futures. SPC
believes that the only way to achieve this is through effective
community participation coupled with high levels of technical
expertise.
To this end, SPC employs qualified and experienced Town and
Regional Planners and Planning Assistants trained in physical
planning and in community development as well as CAD operators
and administrative personnel. This dynamic team’s proficiency in
languages includes English, Oshiwambo, Rukwangali, Afrikaans
and German.
The experience gained nationally and regionally not only informs
future planning projects, but also testifies to the firm’s commitment
to the development of Namibia and the rest of Southern Africa.
Environmental, social, physical, economic, urban design and
