Subdivisions of land / erven / farmland

Subdivision of land refers to the subdivision of a larger portion of land into one or more portions. Subdivision increases the development potential of land by making it possible for an owner to either sell the newly created portion or then develop the portion/s. Subdivision can also be done in order to correct existing situations on the ground where building encroachment either on an adjacent property or within a street occurred.

SPC will facilitate the subdivision through obtaining the necessary subdivision approvals from the relevant Local Authority, NAMPAB and Townships Board.
